let me add that I just learned from my colleague Dr. Soo Kim that babies have been found to be able to smell their mothers (presumably the breastmilk) within 7 feet (something around there anyway)... From:Mommy, Subject: evangelina Date: Sunday, August 28, 2011, 2:04 AM saturday, august 27, 2011 evangelina was sitting in the bumbo and playing with her toy in the kitchen while sid & i were in the family room. sid looked over at evangelina and said, "I like it when she's busy." i looked over to see evangelina busily and very intently playing with her toy. i walked quietly behind her (without her seeing me) and watched her from a little distance away. evangelina suddenly stopped playing with her toy and sat there for a little bit and then turned to look behind her to see me. sid laughed and said, "she can smell you (my breastmilk)".

ever since abt 2wks ago, evangelina's been sitting (in tripod position) by herself! ptl!

While Evangelina is a happy baby herself, we note that Jadon had a much easier laugh when he was a baby. On the other hand, while Jadon was a very wiggly baby, Evangelina is far MORE wiggly, wiggling as she tries to fall asleep, wiggling across the bed, wiggling in her sleep. Interestingly the person who makes Evangelina laugh the most is none other than Big Brother Jadon.
